Connecting with the Church
1. Worship Gatherings
Christianity is not a solo sport. To help you keep growing in your faith, our Sunday morning worship gatherings offer practical messages in an up-to-date, relaxed setting. Music, preaching and other media communicate Biblical truths that we can use in everyday life. Our after-church coffee times give you a chance to meet other believers and encourage one another.
We plan our services in such a way that you can confidently invite friends, coworkers, relatives or neighbors to join you. Dress is casual, and we strive to create a trusted atmosphere in which people can experience God’s presence in an enjoyable, yet powerful way.
We also provide safe, loving places for children birth through 5th grade to be during our services. Our Kids of Hope program is a great way for your child to grow in his or her faith while you are growing in yours!
Our 75-minute worship gatherings take place at 10am Sunday mornings in the Royal Palm Beach High School auditorium on the corner of Okeechobee Blvd. and Wildcat Way.

2. Small Groups
In addition to attending weekly worship gatherings, we believe it is important for believers to be part of a small group. Small groups are a big value at Community of Hope.
What is a small group?
A small group is a group of 3-12 people who meet regularly under the leadership of an approved facilitator and are intentionally growing in their faith through Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and serving together. Small groups provide the ideal context to grow spiritually and make deep friendships. They are a place to care for others and be cared for.
There are 4 ways to become part of a small group at Community of Hope:
1) Mark your Connect Card at our Sunday worship gathering or contact Kathy Copan, Discipleship Director, at (561) 827-0368 and we will help you find a group to try out. You can get more information about what these groups are like and find out what small groups are available at our Small Groups Table on Sunday mornings. Also, see the complete list of current Small Group opportunities at the bottom of this page.
2) Participate in our 4-week membership class called “Making My Connections”
This gives you a taste of what a small group is like, while you learn what it means to become a member of our church. You may enjoy the people you meet there so much that you wish to continue getting together after the class is finished. An approved small group facilitator participates in each 4-week class, to encourage that to happen.
3) Connection Events
We hold annual Small Group Connection Events to make it easy to find the group that is right for you. Look for these events at the start of each school year.
4) Friendships
If someone you know is part of a small group that has room in it, you can ask to join that group. Or if you and some friends would like to begin a small group together, please contact Kathy Copan to talk about the requirements for small group leaders and how to get a group started.
Following is a listing of the current small group opportunities at Community of Hope. Since not all of them presently have room for new members, it is best to contact Kathy Copan, rather than the group leader, if you are interested in joining one of these groups. You can reach Kathy at (561) 827-0368.
