Community of Hope helps to financially support Kenny Gumpel, a member of Community of Hope,  who is a   Technical Missionary for Missionary Flights International. Kenny serves as a full-time pilot and mechanic with   MFI.  He flies around 60 hours a month to Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas, providing on-going air-support to affiliated missions that work in these island nations.  When not flying, Kenny performs regular maintenance and inspections and loads cargo on the aircraft. Kenny graduated from Moody Aviation, served in Guatemala for two years, and has been with MFI since 1998.

Every year Community of Hope holds a school supply drive and a special offering for back packs through our Vacation Bible School.

  Kenny delivers these back packs to Pastor Joseph Saintil's church in Cap-Hatian, Haiti and blesses the children of that community

with a practical expression of the love of Jesus.
